Partner program terms

These terms describe how the tabbycardy partner program works. They are short on purpose.

1. Who can be a partner

You become a partner automatically once your order for a pack that includes the program is paid — currently the €29 and €59 packs. The €19 pack does not include the partner program. Access to the program is tied to your account and is not transferable.

2. What you earn

For every sale that comes through your partner link you receive 50% of the profit on that sale. Profit means the sale price minus our direct costs on that sale. The rate and the basis are shown on every single commission inside your account.

3. No tiers

You earn nothing from sales made by people who came in through you. Every partner has a direct relationship with us and earns their own 50% from their own sales. Compensation is tied strictly to selling the product, never to recruiting further participants.

4. How a sale is attributed

First touch wins. A sale belongs to the partner whose link the visitor arrived through first. The attribution is written at sign-up and does not change afterwards. A link click stays valid for 45 days.

5. When and how we pay

  • A commission is created the moment payment for an order is received.
  • It is held for 14 days — the window in which a payment can still be reversed or disputed.
  • After release you can request a payout, minimum €20.
  • We pay to the payout method you enter in your settings: Crypto wallet, PayPal, Revolut.

6. When no commission is earned

  • Buying through your own link or on your own email address.
  • Orders that are refunded or cancelled — any commission already granted is reversed.
  • Accounts created to manufacture your own sales (multiple accounts held by one person).
  • Sales obtained through spam, misleading advertising, or promises of specific earnings made in our name.

7. What you must not claim

You must not promise specific earnings, present yourself as us, or state that we are a partner or representative of Google. We are not. Breaching this cancels unpaid commissions and ends your participation.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the 50% rate for the future, never retroactively — commissions already earned keep their original amount. We may end the program with 30 days' notice; commissions already released will still be paid.

9. Tax

Commission is your income and taxing it is your responsibility. We are not your employer.
