Terms of sale

Working draft, pending the seller's registration details. Have it reviewed by someone who knows consumer law before you start selling.

1. Seller

2. What is being sold

One-time access to digital content: a list of verified NFC card vendors and the method for selling those cards to local businesses. The content is delivered online after signing in.

3. Order and payment

An order is created when you submit the checkout form. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on your order, using the reference number we assign. Access is opened once the payment is received.

4. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately, the consumer loses the 14-day right of withdrawal once they have expressly asked for immediate supply and have been informed of that loss. You give this consent by ticking the box at checkout. Without it, we will not unlock the content before the period expires.

5. What we do not guarantee

We guarantee no earnings, no number of sales and no continued availability of any individual vendor. Examples and the calculator on this site are illustrative, not a promise of any result.

6. Complaints

If the content does not match this description, write to [email]. We will handle the complaint within 30 days.

7. Disputes

Consumers may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
