What we process

• Account: email, name, phone if you give one, and your password as a cryptographic hash.
• Orders and commissions: what you bought, when, for how much, and who the commission belongs to.
• Technical data: IP address and a coarse browser fingerprint at sign-up and at checkout.
• Payouts: the bank details you enter yourself so we can pay your commission.

Why

To perform the contract (access to content, paying commissions), to meet legal obligations (accounting), and for our legitimate interest in protecting the partner program from abuse. IP addresses and browser fingerprints are used solely to detect multiple accounts held by one person and are never shared with advertising networks.

How long

Account and vault access for as long as the account exists. Payment records for 10 years (accounting law). Partner link click records for 12 months.

Who else sees it

Our server provider, and the bank when processing a payment. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Write to [email]. You may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

Only the necessary ones: your sign-in session and the partner link (45 days). No analytics or advertising cookies without your consent.
